Before anything is signed
Free discovery call
A free 15-minute call, weekdays after 4 p.m. and on Saturdays, by phone, online, or in person around Lebanon. Once the scope is clear, the agreement is signed and the 25% nonrefundable deposit starts the project.
25% deposit- I deliver
- A clear recommendation and, if it’s a fit, a written scope and price.

Early in the project
Content and direction
I organize the customer path and write the website text. If you don’t have your own photos or video, I can provide on-site photos ($100) and a homepage hero video ($100) for an added cost, plus $2 per mile one way for travel outside Lebanon.

- A page plan, draft copy, and an agreed visual direction.
- What I need from you
- Correct factual details, supply brand assets, and approve copy and imagery.

Typical Starter project: 1 to 2 weeks total
Design and build
The site is built for current phones, tablets, and desktops. Feedback is compared with the agreed scope; new pages or features are quoted separately before that work begins.

- A responsive, working website at a private review link.
- What I need from you
- Review the preview promptly and send clear revision notes.

Before final payment
Review and approval
I collect your feedback on the private preview and apply the agreed revisions. The signed agreement controls revision and cancellation details.

- A revised website with checked links, forms, mobile layouts, copy, metadata, and launch details.

- Confirm the agreed website is complete and approve it for launch.

After approval
Final payment and launch
The public launch happens after approval and final payment. Ownership, files, and administrative access are handled as recorded in the project agreement.
75% before launch- I deliver
- The approved website connected to your domain and verified live.
- What I need from you
- Pay the remaining 75%, register your own domain and add me as a manager on that account (I’ll walk you through it), and provide any account access still needed.

While the care package is active
Care after launch
The care package is $100/month and is required for every site. Ordinary changes such as updating hours, replacing a photo, or editing existing text are unlimited, and requests made before noon Central time on a business day are completed that day. New pages, features, and redesigns are separate projects.
- I deliver
- Hosting, unlimited ordinary updates, and a quarterly SEO update email starting three months after launch.

- Send update requests and review changes when needed.
