The short answer

I build custom first websites for small businesses that don’t have one yet, or only have a Facebook page. Copywriting is included. Starter websites are $750 and usually go live in 1 to 2 weeks once your content, access, and feedback are ready. Larger sites cost more and take longer.

What you supply

  • Accurate details about your services, service area, hours, and contact information.
  • Your logo or brand colors, if you have them.
  • Real photos of your work, team, or location. If you don’t have any, I can take them for you ($100, plus $2 per mile one way for travel outside Lebanon).
  • A domain you register yourself, with me added as a manager on the account (I’ll walk you through it).
  • Quick feedback and final approval on the copy and design.

A contact or quote form that delivers to your email, plus search-ready titles, a sitemap, and a final review of links and forms before launch.

Cost and timing

New websites use three tiers: Starter $750 (up to 5 pages), Standard $1,250 (up to 8 pages), and Custom $1,600 (10 or more pages). If you don’t have your own photos or video, I can provide on-site photos for $100 and a homepage hero video for $100. Privacy and terms pages don’t count toward the page limit. Your written quote confirms the tier and price before any work starts. Full details are on the pricing page.

A Starter site usually takes 1 to 2 weeks once your information and feedback arrive. Larger tiers take longer. After final payment you own the finished website. Every site is hosted through Mid-Mo Web Co. and requires the $100/month care package, which includes unlimited ordinary updates. You register and pay for your own domain and add me as a manager on the account.
